Beegether readers! You all know how much I love natural living and how I thank the bees for their stupendous talent. (Imagine life without them!) Because of this passion and my latest blog post, (finding passion + making a difference), I thought it would be awesome to do an essential oil Saturday, picking one bee-friendly oil to spotlight on every month. August’s essential oil Saturday was a classic, lavender.
Essential oil Saturdays go live the third Saturday of every month at 10 AM PST. The next essential oil Saturday will air on Beegether’s Twitter on September 23, 2017. (Not bee related, but something really cool is happening on this date as well!) Here is a list of upcoming dates of these the third Saturday of every month through 2017:
September 23, 2017
October 21, 2017
November 18, 2017
December 16, 2017
Before I start this quick Q&A, if you would like to take a look at my first video, click here! It went live on August 19th, 2017. Enjoy!
What will this cover?
This talk will cover aromatherapy in the beehive, diffusers, essential oil DIY projects, and some information about how bees pollinate the flowers to make the essential oils and how the essential oils help people. I’ll spotlight a new essential oil each week to discuss in depth. All around intriguing talk. Join us!
I’m not a beekeeper. Will this still apply to me?
Of course! It will be fun to watch for all.
How long is it, and how can I access it?
My past one went up to about 15 minutes, but I will keep it under 20 minutes. You can watch it live via Twitter or replay from Twitter. I’m still trying to figure out how to post it to Beegether.org. You can still access the videos without having a Twitter account with this link. (General page where it will appear)
Mark your calendars, folks! Essential oil talks are going live! Preview my first essential oil discussion here.
Which essential oils should I do next? Any suggestions or other questions I should add to the FAQ?
